How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after shipping for most US orders.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@pantydry.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, orders may already be processed and shipped, so we may not be able to make changes.

How much liquid can PantyDry™ hold?

PantyDry™ leakproof underwear is designed to absorb up to approximately 5 teaspoons of liquid while keeping moisture away from your skin.

This makes it ideal for light to moderate bladder leaks.


Will PantyDry™ feel bulky like pads or diapers?

Not at all.

PantyDry™ is designed to look and feel just like regular underwear while providing leak protection through a discreet absorbent liner.

Most customers say they hardly notice they are wearing leakproof underwear.


How do I wash PantyDry™ underwear?

PantyDry™ is reusable and easy to care for.

Simply:

  1. Wash with your regular laundry

  2. Use cold or warm water

  3. Hang dry

Proper care will help maintain performance over time.


What if the size doesn’t fit?

We offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

If the size you ordered does not fit properly, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement size free of charge.

No need to return the original item.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us at support@pantydry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and a photo of the item, and our team will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate the issue or arrange a replacement or refund.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
